There not free parking the room so small and smell bad

We just currently upgrade these facilities. We did provide parking but we only have limited spaces. Guests may park at KBCC Car Park which is located just beside our hotel. Guest will be 1st come 1st serve basis due to we only have limited parking spaces. Hence,we are sorry to hear that our room size did not meet with your expectation too. Information about each room including room size is outlined in the room description provided on our webpage and booking engines prior to reservation. In our effort to provide you with comfort and convenience at an unbeatable price, we hope we are able to make it up to you in other aspects of your stay. The property front desk was friendly, however the condition of the room was quite bad. Although the window has been fully closed, you can still hear the car passing by clearly.
