Inspect the kitchen utensils, the water filter is leaking, the dish soup is non-existent, the drying rack left in the kitchen cupboard to house insects, the living room sofa leather was teared apart. The amenities advertised includes water bottles, but when asked for it from the staff on site, it’s not provided as complimentary. The bedroom door cannot be locked for some room, there’s stain on every bed and bedsheets. Overall the 3 bedroom...

"Great place with nice rooms and beautiful view (both to Mt Kinabalu and Kota Kinabalu). Standard Malaysian breakfast and decent lunch and dinner menu. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room (104) was very good although there are a few ants around (so make sure not to leave food around). Bed, shower and toilet were nice and clean. Internet worked quite well (not guaranteed in this area). Our best place in Sabah so far (out of 6 good hotels)."

"若女将のリンさんは英語が良く出来る。キナバル公園への車の手配、菜食夕食の準備もOK！20年来ゴルフ（ゴルフ場近い、料金安い）を楽しむ為１年に１～２ケ月間スラゴンに滞在される老夫婦がおられ、老後の長期滞在場所には良い。敷地が広く周囲がジャングルで静か、涼しい。ラナウの町には沢山のカフェ、食堂有り。町中心からタクシーは10リンギット「オスマン博士の家」の方が通じ易い。ラナウ病院も近く病気しても安心出来る。"

"We stayed here for one night while exploring the local area. Overall the experience was good, the room was comfortable and the location is convenient. But this is a very basic accommodation, and the bathroom was in need of some repair. The owner and family were very helpful and accommodating, and in general the people in this area are very nice. This is a great location for views of Mt Kinabalu, and for local hikes, and also for visiting the Desa Dairy Farm."
