The access to the hotel is unique and relies on you having a working phone with an unchanging phone number. This is fine for European travelers, but Americans or other foreigners might find it difficult to get into the hotel.

Better than it seems

Pros: Service quality was excellent and surpassed my expectations. I also liked the unique decor.
Cons: The public toilet for men was missing a lid (gross) and breakfast could have more variety (same every morning). No elevator!
Location: The location is a bit remote and likely you have to use public transport or taxi to reach the center (cheap, get week pass). Shopping centers near.
Don't let the looks deceive you. This is a good hotel. They even managed my laundry free (I was willing to pay) and did nice extras (set up AC, gave me a mug to take home in the end). I'll likely go there again if I visit Kosice.

Cons: Freundlicheres Personal
Habe von 7.3. auf den 8.3. eine Nacht im Hotel Muza verbracht. Leider kein empfehlenswertes Hotel. Auf meine Frage nach einer Rechnung, gab es ein sehr böses " Rechnung gibt es keine" als Antwort. Ich buche auch sehr viel über andere Agenturen, dass ist mir noch nie untergekommen.
