Fabulous! For the price, this hotel is incredible. The food selection was excellent - we were all inclusive and when we arrived before check in time, we were offered lunch and also when we checked out they were happy to allow us to still use the all inclusive food and drink. Drinks were made with international spirits, and there were excellent food options available at any time of day and night.
Hotel style is a little dated but it’s well kept. Service was great, staff really friendly, pool area great. The hotel’s beach area is about a 5 minute walk down the promenade - a minor inconvenience.
Overall highly recommended

Ease of access to everything beach was clean and nice the Internet was fast staff was nice too

The property is a bit out-dated but service was good overall from the bell boys to the wait staff. Rooms are adequately sized with comfortable bed and pillows. Food was very good, variety and available almost all day. We had a sea view room (facing the pool), which had an amazing balcony view. It can be very noisy though in the evening with entertainment/shows, so if you have small children recommend bringing a sound machine or avoiding the sea view room all together. Checked in late in the evening around 1030pm and the lady at the desk was less than welcoming, no greeting or anything. She also forgot to give us our resort wristbands (need to show to get into dining hall) and the next day when we went to the desk to get them, she seemed so annoyed that we had "lost" them when we actually never even received them. Other than her being unpleasant, everyone else was nice.

Its one my best hotel till date. So relaxed so feel good in your holiday. I am definitely coming back again

this hotel was good, they could have had more activities for kids at the pool, the worse part was the cleanliness, the carpets were so unbelievably disgusting and in need of change. it’s so bad that i was scared my daughter would drop something on the ground at all times. the food options were amazing, the drinks were terrible.

Third stay in three months. Despite some excellent staff especially Viktoria in Guest Relations I have concluded this isn't the hotel for me. Personal reasons and would not make put anyone else off going. We're all different.

Very good catering and choice of meals great. Clean, safe, convenient. Good organized entertainment for guests, including evening shows. And located in the city-easy acces to everything!

This hotel is brilliant , the staff are lovely and friendly and cant be anymore helpful
We had a delux balcony suite which looked out to the sea and front of hotel. Room was clean and spacious the bed was really comfy
The food was second to none with a huge variety i did not have one bad meal in the week i stayed . Would definately recommend and i will be hopefully staying again
