Week-long stay in apartment unit

We had a nice stay in one of the hotels apartment units with kitchen and living room. At first the kitchen had absolutely zero kitchenware and the internet did not work, which was frustrating. But Mr. Adem and others were very helpful in getting everything resolved. At the end we had a nice comfortable stay. For us the sights in the old-city were walkable - about 25 minutes. And there were enough restaurants behind the hotel. So the location worked well for us.

(Bed) Sleep and Go only!!!!

1- at check-in they provided porter service to carry our bags but in check-out they refused to provide the same service!! Very strange!!! 2- they don't provide secured car parking (the car parking in the basement is closed). The parking which is provided is the only public car parking in the front or back of the hotel. 3- poor housekeeping .. it is very normal when you backed to your rented apartment you see it not cleaned well!! 4- i faced noisy nights!! Loud music i don't know from where comed! + street, cars and train noise But in the other hands, 1- apartment well equipped and renewed 2- closed to the centre around 5-7 mins by car , 3 mins from shopping mall and just steps from lively street.

Very bad receptionist

I stayed at the hotel with my family for one night, it wasn't bad. But when I was leaving the hotel I asked the receptionist to call a taxi for us I was shocked to hear the receptionist speaking to the taxi driver in Turkish (the language I fairly know) and asking him not to open the meter and to take a big amount of money from us because -according to the receptionist- we have a lot of Money!!!!!! It was terrible to hear how he advising other people to unfairly take money from us. I will never come back to this hotel and I advise everyone not to go there
