Stayed at this hotel two separate times in a weeks period. First time was great, no complaints.
Second time. Doorman was very nice and good at his job. Employees in general very nice and friendly. Modern/new hotel, clean, spacious and easy to get around.
Complaint. Arrived around 2030 hours. Drapes on room are drawn shut and very dark to try and find key card holder to turn on lights. Air conditioning not working. First attempt maintenance person said it was working. I wait an hour and the room is still hot, so he comes again and drains water out of the system and cleans a part. He uses a temp gun to check the temp. It drops to 23 C. But later goes back to 26 C. Uncomfortable, but deal with it. Safe is in the locked position and have to get someone to come reset it from the last person who stayed. All this late at night when I want to rest. In the morning at 0730 hours, no water on the 7th floor. Told it is a technical problem and they are trying to fix it. So no shower or toilet working. Don’t have time to wait, so my father and I leave for our trip.
Very disappointed in our stay.

Modern, new, clean, staff is friendly and helpful, beds are comfortable, rooms are large, valet parking was easy, East walk to the mall and reasonably priced.

The location very good near tram station, restaurant and shopping mall
Stuff respectable and very helpful
Room wide, good equipped and clean
Internet very good

It is a nice hotel in a good location. Quite easy to get around with public transportation. The pool, spa, and hamam are all great. Very nice breakfast too.

It was nice location, nice hotel! Breakfast was really good staff was excellent! The AC wasn’t working I think they turned it off for the season, we only stayed two nights it wasn’t really a big deal but we the Americans like it cold unfortunately! But nice hotel would stay again!
