Great little place right in the heart of old town.
Posted 22 Sep 2023 on HotelsGreat little place right in the heart of old town, but somehow very quiet. Staff were great (Janna & Kamala), very friendly and accommodating. They both also spoke English, sparing themselves my horrible German. The room was small, which was expected as the building is like 500 years old! I stayed three very pleasant days.. I definitely recommend!

Lovely hotel in a fabulous location in old town. Very friendly staff. We were there during a heat wave so the room was quite hot despite provided fans. Not really in the hotel’s control, however.

Quaint Hotel in Old Konstanz
Posted 19 Dec 2022 on HotelsWe were very pleased with the hotel. Everything about the hotel was perfect. The hallway shower and toilet for our room were always clean and available. The bed was very comfortable. We were visiting our daughter at Christmastime before traveling to Munich and we walked or took the bus everywhere in the city. The staff were delightful and very helpful. When we checked in, they warned me about the low ceilings in a few places, as I am 6'5". It only took 2 times before I learned to duck at the right time. :-)
We would highly recommend this hotel since it was close to everything in the old city. We never ate breakfast there as we ate at our daughter's and a cafe in the old city.

dass Toilette und Dusche ausserhalb mit anderen Gästen geteilt werden muss, mag befremdlich erscheinen. Ansonsten sind die Zimmer sehr modern, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, leise und sauber. Leider gibt es kein Frühstück, die zentrale Lage bietet diverse Alternativen. Der Preis ist selbstbewusst, das muß man sich einfach leisten.
