The hotel is situated directly in front of Universal Studios Japan. Very convenient and so many places to eat and shop at the city walk. The stay was amazing and the staff are very sweet and friendly.

Excellent customer service and facilities. Really closed to the park. The rooms are bigger than normal rooms in Japan.

I enjoyed the spacious rooms, the view, and amount of restaurants and stores in proximity. Loved the fact that after a long day of waking around USJ my hotel was just a few steps away waiting for me!
