Staff was very friendly and the room was excellent. We got a great view of universal studios from our room and it looked amazing at night.

The hotel is just opposite to the train station, it’s convenient to back to the hotel from USJ.

The nicest hotel i have ever stayed at and so affordable! Very clean and staff is so friendly. The area around it is gorgeous and a 10 minute walk to universal studios! Also across the street from the subway station and a ferry ride away from the aquarium.

Rail station across the street, and its an end point so its empty when you get on. Convenience stores are close and staff are helpful.

Excellent service and staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was wonderful with good western and asian food choices. Only drawback was that we arrived late and there were no nearby restaurants open or room service. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again the next time we are in the area.
