"First off, staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was ideal and close to essential tourist subways. Excellent coffee served there. Only two negatives was, checks ins could be anytime of the day or night. Which really left me exhausted the night before leaving japan and on other days. . And a problem I noted in a previous hostel, pillows can't be washed so previous sweat stains evident from previous guests, when you sweat, the smell is released. So sorry as the place was great. "

"I knew the room would be small and brought only a trolly and couldn't even open it properly. The location was great, just by the river and very close to 2 subway lines. "Koko Hotel is a Japanese hotel with firm beds, clean rooms and excellent traditional Japanese breakfast buffet. It is centrally located near train stations and was a good starting point for most of our Tokyo activities. The staff does not speak a lot of English, but we did not have any negative experiences with this hotel. "
