Very good stay, everyone in there are extremely helpful. Yes rooms need refurbishment a little but other than that people, food other areas of property everything outstanding.

The Staff and their hospitality was the best I have ever experienced. Food was excellent. Room keeping was very good. The location was beautiful.
Some of the bath rooms may need repair/maintenance

Property location is great.. staff service everything was quite professional and attentive.. we really loved our stay there and would recommend the same to people travelling to Kollam…
