Location perfect for my purpose.Room is also good. Early risers (7:30am) face problem in getting breakfast. Also 24×7 room service not available.

Excellent hotel with brilliant staff made us feel welcome and accommodated us in every way. They were particularly brilliant after a very late arrival where the chef came in specially to serve us. We would stay there if we were to visit Kolkata again. Fantastic hotel.
