This is my fourth time staying here.
They made a great improvement in the past 12 months and seeing so many staff members on the floor, I am not seeing any reasons to stay at other hotels.

The staff is amazing! The pool side and deck is beautiful at sunset.

Overpowering greeting
Posted 10 Mar 2024 on HotelsI had stayed when it was the Swise hotel and loved that it had an access to the mall. That is now gone. So you must walk outside down their driveway and around the corner it's not a big deal but not as convenient. The biggest thing was the overwhelming overpowering smell/sent that hits you the minute you walk in the door I could barely breathe in the lobby. We have a saying in the US a little bit goes a long way. And too much of a good thing is not always good. I had a headache after checking in. Other than that it was great.
