It was a wonderful value for a first class hotel. The keycards were a problem for the entire 3 days. But the politeness of the staff made up for the card problems. Breakfast was very tasty, but the chai was not good at all. Fix the keycards and chai and it would be the best hotel in Kolkata!

Excellent hotel but a little out-of-the-way.
Posted 8 Mar 2024 on HotelsWonderful hotel with very comfortable rooms and fantastic staff. The only drawback is that it is about 8 km away from the city with limited surrounding amenities. However, with Uber, it’s easy to get around.

This is a classic 5 star luxury with 4 star price. Beautiful park like surroundings with lily and koi pools around the hotel accentuating its beauty
