Good hotel at an excellent location. Staff is helpful and friendly. Only negative is no onsite restaurant, but the hotel is located in a busy area but there are many options available.

Kolhapur stay

I was shifted to Balaji Residence another property by Treebo due to some contract issues at the same cost. Balaji is decent for a budget stay. Overall a good experience and value of money. Also it's very close to mahalaxmi temple. Costs 10 rs per person in an auto and it's about 5-7 mins from the property. Good for families looking at budget stay. Quite clean and it's a new property.

One night stay

A decent budget hotel, clean room, comfy bed. Ok for short stay. Breakfast on the poor side. Staff helpful.

Restaurant Review

Breakfast included in package was below average. They did not have desirable choices, only misal & sheera. Misal was good but Sheera was not hot, really uninspiring to eat. Bread butter was provided but toast wasn't. Even the service was very slow. Refill were very slow & too frequent leading to waiting at counter.

It was good. Nice place for 1 or 2 nights.cheap and good for ur pocket.

Convinient and hotel rooms are clean

Hotel room was clean.Coordination among staff was poor.Food quality in restaurant was very good but service was very slow.We have to remind everytime for tea cofee during breakfast.Free parking is just an eye wash as not proper
