Disgusting, had bed bugs and cockroaches. Couldn't get a refund of any kind and no receipt was available to be given

First of all its a non smoking hotel. Walk in and the while place smelled so bad .our room was filthy.our bathroom was like a dirty truck stop bathroom. We kept or socks on while walking around the room and put our shhoes on in the bathroom .,smelled like urine our sovks wrre black in a matter of minutes!!! Will never stay there again. We ant full refund
