Tried to give us a room with no view after we booked pool view and aggressive behavior towards customers absolutely stay away from this hotel or you also take a chance of being unlucky

Is it you or someone who has done such behavior? Since arriving at the hotel He continued cursing at the employees without stopping. Since I haven't entered the room yet. Our employees do not retaliate against you at all. But it's you. For doing bad and bad behavior, you should improve yourself.We do not want to welcome customers with bad habits like you.

Posted 18 Jan 2021 on HotelsThe service was great. K. Pueng was so friendly and helpful I booked a second stay at the hotel. It was really 5 star service at a low price point. I would recommend renting a motorbike though. The hotel is not in walking distance to the beach. They rent the motorbikes at the hotel so it is easy.

The room was great and the pool was really nice. The hotel is far from the busy streets which was nice. Scooter rental was also really cheap here.

A++++ hotel for the price. It’s only a 15 min walk from the tourist part of Koh Tao. I was very impressed with the luxurious room and the 2 ladies working the front desk went out of there way to make me feel welcome. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE!

Nice New Hotel
Posted 21 Feb 2018Nice new hotel that is away from the party area. Quiet surroundings except for the power plant down the road but that shouldn't deter you from it. Pool was great to take a quick swim to cool down. Make sure you rent a bike because taking a taxi to and from the beach will be costly.

It was a very small and cute hotel. I stayed there for 2 nights. The personal team was very helpful and friendly. I loved it.

Very nice place to stay if you’re looking for something calm with a pool… It was very clean, with water and coffee included, as well as the shuttle from the ferry to the hostel… they also kept our bags after the check out so we could enjoy the rest of our day… It was not too far by walk from the main areas of koh tao, but the road to get there is a little impractical… Overall very nice place to stay if you’re a little older and/or you don’t want to party or hear the loud noises from the main streets…

Personnel tres froid il ne disent meme pas bonjour je me suis meme senti mal a l'aise parfois ils m'ont donné une chambre donc le coffre et la télé etait cassé je ne recommande pas cette hotel

Schöne, moderne Unterkunft in ruhiger und trotzdem gut erreichbarer Lage mit sehr nettem Personal. Sehr empfehlenswert.
