Bon rapport qualite prix

Bungalow esthétiquement jolis qui se fondent bien dans le décor. La propreté n’est pas suffisante. La terrasse de l’hotel en bois est en fin de vie : mon pied est passé a travers une latte de bois… heureusement qu’un seul pied… L’hotel est situé sur un côté de l’ile qui ne permet pas de rejoindre facilement d’autres plages (2h de marche minimum) mais un stand de quad a proximite peut vous faire gagner du temps. Nous avons été surpris par le manque de nettoyage de la plage attenante à l’hotel.. vraiment dommage car le cadre est idyllique. Le personnel est top, a l’écoute et disponible. Cela reste un bon rapport qualite-prix.

Nice Beds, rude staff

The Beds are awesome but that’s about it. The beach is pretty gross a there’s lot of pollution. The Western Staff is horrible. They operate like a clique and are more interested in partying with each other than serving you. They make guests feel ostracized. I felt like I was bothering them each time I ordered something.

Nous avions réservé sur le site booking précisant 2 chambres. Nous avions accepté le surcoût de presque 9$. Au final, une belle chambre unique avec un lit... Il faudrait aussi préciser qu'il n'y a pas vraiment de chemin pour marcher seul à travers l'île.

Hôtel pour faire la fête

Le personnel est extrêmement gentil et arrangeant en revanche pour un hotel qui a ouvert il ya seulement 3 mois nous sommes déçu. Nous avons réservé cet hôtel uniquement pour la piscine... elle était fermé durant tout notre sejour de 3 jours et n’avons pas pu y rentrer rien qu’une fois! Les chambres ont un problème d’humidité et l’odeur y est assez dérangeante... Par contre elles sont très jolie, grande et confortable, comme sur les photos. Par contre, elles étaient sensé être nettoyées tout les jours ce qui n’a jamais été le cas alors qu’on partait de la chambre entre 10 et 11h. Les navettes pour aller sur la plage principale devait être jusqu'à 5h a notre grande déception, la dernière était a 4h... (sachant que sur notre plage il n’y a que notre hotel et un autre donc obligé de manger toujours au bodega, assez cher pour le cambodge). De plus, ne vous attendez pas a dormir sachant que la musique est a fond constamment jusqu’a très tard le soir ensuite les travaux de l’hotel commence a 7h du matin... Nous sommes venu a Koh Rong Samloem car nous voulions fuir la fête de sa jumelle, Koh Rong alors pour le coup c’était raté! Si vous recherchez la fête et a vous bourrer la gueule tout au long de votre séjour, cet endroit est fait pour vous! J’aurais d’ailleurs certainement adoré l’ambiance festive qu’il y avait si j’étais venu avec mes amis mais en couple je le déconseille

Unfortunately the pool was closed due to urgent maintenance work. This was needed to be done to ensure that it wasn’t closed for even longer. If we had allowed it to stay open then you would have been exposed to the chemicals that had to be put in to the pool. At check in reception the staff inform you that if you would like to have your room cleaned to notify them and they will arrange with housekeeping. About the smell say that, when you informed reception about the smell you were offered another room that you refused to take and instead stayed in your excising room. When you booked through Expedia you will have received an automated email that clearly states that the last shuttle back is at 4pm. Apologize if the noise woke them up at 7am but explain that we are doing maintenance work ready for the high season and no power towels are allowed to be in use before 10am to stop this from happening, and all staff are aware of this rule which has been in place since we opened.
