convenient location, clean rooms and complimentary breakfast. All the taxi drivers knew the hotel which made it easier than others i had stayed at in the past

Good service and excellent wifi.

Kofu Washington - good value for money hotel
Posted 20 Sep 2017 on HotelsA reasonable walk from the JR Kofu station - about 30 minutes with baggage, however once settled we soon sorted out the local bus routes and very easy to get to and from places. Well located with shopping arcades, dept stores and night club areas all near by. Night clubs were very numerous but didn't bother us at the hotel at all. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included in the price and was the standard business style fare with added touch of fresh pastry from on-site bakery.

Very service-oriented personnel and great view of Mount Fuji from room. The best restaurants are located by the bus station, about a 15-minute walk away.

The bathroom floor had unpleasant body hair and other unknown organic materials on it. The front desk clerk was insincerely apologetic upon checkout and offered no compensation. I will avoid staying here in the future.

Posted 14 Mar 2017 on HotelsKofu Washington Plaza is a humble business hotel not too far from the train station. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the train from the hotel. There is an abundance of food and nightlife in the surrounding area, more than enough to entertain a lonely business traveler. There is some laundry, minimal vending machines and they do offer a minimal breakfast. I recommend the Corn Soup from the dispensing machine. I have stayed here for a week each on two separate occasions and have been satisfied, but not blown away. Family mart is a 2 minute walk away which is a big plus.
