Great staff and service. The location was perfect for us to explore historic Fort Kochi. Some of the amenities could be improved like water pressure in the bathroom/shower. The food at Coriander was good.Overall I enjoyed the status.

Hotel was nice and quite comfortable. The location was fairly close to most things in Fort Kochi area.

Good breakfast and dinner is nice

WiFi works well
Dexter was nice
Bad: hotel gives bad quality shampoo and not much of it - just give customers nice shampoo it’s worth extra price
Mosquitos are so bad here property should be sprayed with mosquito killer I have bites all over my body

Great stay
Posted 8 Mar 2023 on HotelsExcellent stay, attentive hospitable staff - welcoming, helpful and attentive. Dexter, Annie and Febin were very supportive with all queries. The transport organised by the hotel with Shaji was excellent, The only thing I'd point out is housekeeping being done. Best to inform and follow up on the same with front desk. Plus ask for replenishments for tea/coffee, toilet supplies etc.
