No it wasn’t amazing , I arrived on 4 pm and receptionist was very sharp without any smile on his face and he insisted to pay the money although I send it during the reservation, next morning the young lady also was not polite talking to her colleague in Turkish thinking that I don’t understand the language, and wished me a good day with fire in her eyes . Any way it was bad choice

Really liked roof top view and restaurant
Menu varied as are the resulting dishes. All staff helpful with varying English. Would recommend this hotel to others.

It’s a great surprise to have such a nice Holiday Inn property in Turkey. The quality of facility, breakfast options and services is much higher than those in the U.S.
