I traveld a lot in koh Pa-Ngan , this hotel was the worst, the people was so unkindly to us

Pool was awesome and the location of this resort is great but i think it’s little too expensive for what it has to offer.

My expectations were exceeded! The Rin Beach resort was in the perfect location, the pool area was great for when you want a break from the beach and the rooms were clean. Overall very happy with our stay!

Our room doors locked in on itself with all our stuff inside and there was no staff or reception to help so we had no where to sleep until 7am, poor service.

Avoid . Too much theft.
Posted 27 Jan 2020 on HotelsIt’s a shame as the hotel it’s self was not bad and in a nice location. However the amount of theft within the hotel put a big dampener on our travels. The first night our room had been robbed and also on the 3rd night. According to locals theft at this place has been on the rise and is thought to be within the staff there. Which would explain why they didn’t seem too bothered.
The woman at reception/owner really needs to learn some people skills, most rude and arrogant person I have ever come across
