The rooms are clean, beds are comfortable and A/C works great. The breakfast is very bad, I tried the juice and took a look at the other offerings and swiftly never returned.

Beautiful property. A bit pricey but very peaceful and quite if that's what your looking for. Climbing the hill to get in and out is a bit annoying but other than that everything was great. Awesome staff and service, plus the rooms are amazing.

Definitely not a 4 star hotel! May have been in the past, possibly before Covid, but many things in disrepair. No phone in the room for room service or even to talk to the front desk. No hand towels. Many things in disrepair, including pool deck and chairs. Had to wait 20 min for hot water every time we wanted to shower. Placed towel on the floor, meaning I needed a new one and housekeeping picked it up and placed back on the towel hook. Reception not open 24/7, so when people had music on their balcony at 6am was not able to report it. Location wise, also not ideal. Nothing near the hotel to eat, everything at least a 20 min walk to a restaurant. Overall, unless just looking for a place to crash after the full moon party, would not stay here again.
