Reading some of the reviews here made me almost cancel the reservation people. Please be kind when you review a place that the only shortcoming it’s is location on the hills on top of the seashore, which was a perfect location for us to feel loved was for bedroom amazing view, amazing pool. Everything was just perfect. There is a need to take a ride from the bottom of the hill to the top of the place where the villa is how ever it’s worth while, you can get a taxi driver to pick you up for a few dollars each time it is in amazing place great service spotless amenities and the cleaning service is only once a week. This is something that I would like to change and I have it maybe twice a week so in overall we had a fabulous time and we will come back for sure.

Lovely Villas and amazing view,We are enjoy the Sunset everyday in the pool..I definitely love to stay again and also suggest anyone who want a perfect villas with your friend and family you should rent here, ... LOVE IT :) Thank you !

A disappointing experience

We stayed at bay villas for 4 days, a family of 6 people, since the 22 of September until the 26. The villa was beautiful but unfortunately we left not satisfied at all ! Starts with the non stop construction from 6am to the after noon. Its was unbearable ! We had to leave every day early, so we would not tolerate the drills and the hammers, Which did not allow us to enjoy the vila during the day. Although we wanted this villa, we would not have taken it if we were told there were constructions ! 3. Problem in one room - the Left room at the two private rooms had no hot water and water flow for all the whole 4 days . 4. Breakfast - the breakfast is funny, bread and croissant from yesterday and juice in a box. On a tropical place like this it’s funny to this, and more funny you take 300b per person for this . I think you need to respect the people that comes to your villa and pay a lot of money and offer something more dignified. 5. Service - If you know that the road access is impossible for the villa and many taxis do not want to go there, take care of the service that will be more available and convenient and not so expensive. After 5 PM on the weekend and 6 PM on the rest of the week you are pretty stuck in the villa. Coffee Machine - A basic thing in a villa like this is to put a normal coffee machine. And even after we told Mary the hostess about all the problems she did not seem to really care..

The noise for construction is no longer a factor moving forward. The breakfast we provide is from the #1 ranked bakery on the island, we are sorry it didn't meet your expectations. I assure we receive no complaints regarding this before. We offer free shuttle service to and from the beach every day. Thanks again for your feedback. Just awful

Ants everywhere, there are snakes on the property located outside the villa (very scary) they only change the towels every 4 days and clean the villa every 4 days, no kitchen supplies to cook, very very steep roads that you cannot walk, not located close to the beach. Overall I would NOT recommend at all.

Although our staff does everything they can to suppress these things. It is absurd to assume we can get rid of them entirely, As for the towels and cleaning those are the days you get complimentary cleaning you only needed to ask if you wanted us to add more days. You will be happy to know we have updated all of our villas to have all the kitchen supplies you would ever need. Please take advantage of our free shuttle service to and from the villa next time you stay with us.

Stay away

Family of 4. We signed up for a 3 bedroom villa with an extra bath. Not in reality. It's a 2 bedroom villa with a single bathroom. A completely separate unit is that extra bed and bath, but unfortunately irrelevant for a family of 2 young kids who were supposed to sleep in 2 separate bedrooms. Staff is unavailable starting at 6 pm till 8 am the next morning. Unacceptable for a property boasting 5 stars. During the working hours they take their time responding to messages. The place is isolated. They run a free shuttle only during the working hours, and only down the beach to where there is no grocery store or supermarket. You want to go out to dinner after 6 pm? You should try finding a taxi by yourself. Pretty hard when there is no cell reception and there is no landline in the property. Your only choice is to rent a vehicle, which they offer, but at outrageous prices. They say the villa has blackout drapes. If doesn't. Our kids woke up every morning at the break of dawn. They say it's air-conditioned. Well only the 2 bedrooms are. The kitchen, dining room and living room are not. Another misleading item on the posting. We had a 2 hour powerout, after sundown, no electricity, no lighting, and since it was after 6 pm there was nobody to talk to. You would expect a top-dollar 5-star property to have a backup generator for power-outs. We checked out 3 days early. The property refused a refund although all of the above. Travelers beware.

Let us clarify couple of points. - The villa you booked is as per description and room category, we have many hotels.com booking staying in this villa and nevera had any issues. - Car rental : We rent only full option maintained vehicules with insurance, so the price is higher. - Power outage : This are government issued, and we have no information about it, yet, we have been present to inform our customers. - Generator : We have now a main generator for all our villas. To sum up : You never mentioned any of this issues during your stay, we would have done something to ensure you a better stay. Regards Fabrice General Manager

Fantastic villa with a killer view

This was a fantastic villa with a killer view, great comfort and super-friendly staff. We were 6 people, out of which 2 couples and the house was quite spacious. The swimming pool is just great and adds so much to the mornings and the first coffee. All the amenities in the villa function, while the only small downside of the kitchen is that there is no dishwasher. The villa is very private and secluded from the rest of the island, providing a great privacy but still with an easy access. I highly recommend this villa and will gladly stay there again!
