Hotel was amazing, it is a very large complex so need a fair walk to get to your room if in a suite. For a room this expensive, my only fault of the motel is no pillow menu. (So not much to pick on) Location is not central to much other than the marina, food options around quite expensive because you are within the marina complex (so assume you have money) Supermarket just next door and 7-11 at end of driveway (all accessible with free shuttle from lobby) Taxi is very easy from lobby or driveway + fixed shown cost ( see photo ) which was great.

The room given to me was not listed on the site so it was a shock to check in get a different room but the worst part was how discussing the room was it was absolutely filthy and there’s construction going on all sides bugs,flies no door bumpers so you can literally here all the doors slamming shut. Never again will I stay there.

Nh boat lagoon resort phuket

There was a bait and switch. We stayed away from the main resort. Meaning we had to get a buggy every time we wanted to use the facilities. But overall we had a calm stress free restful break. Also the food is bland but still edible so i am sure we could recommend this resort

This hotel has had a real makeover, and it shows. The staff seemed very happy in their work, and nothing appeared to be too much trouble. The wide screen TV accepts external hard drive. The shower has great pressure and bathroom stocked with good shampoo and shower gel. Buffet breakfast was excellent but sadly, no Bacon. Parking is easy and right by the door. If I have to find one fault, the mattress is very hard, but always the same in Thailand 😉

Scam NH Boat

Please do not book your stay here, such a scam they do. Even when we did not smoke inside the room , the detector had service issues. They put us a fine of 2000 baht for not smoking in the room.

However, regarding to your review, kindly informed you that our Health & Safety team are really concerned with the smoke detectors as it's really impacting our guest safety to ensure all the areas are coverage our guests security. Starting from the check in procedure we are clearly mentioned that our hotel is non-smoking hotel and smoking fine will be applied in case of any in-room smoking found with evidence proved.
