Room had gnats, towels were stained, breakfast was nonexistent, "clean" towels were hung in a Target bag on door. Coffee carafe was missing and then one without a lid was given. Water temp went from normal to scalding without warning. Lots of transient looking people around and living in rooms. Pool was padlocked for no reason. Staff was nice but unmotivated. Laundry/Ice was outside and out of order.

The woman that checked us in was very nice. She had to deal with some people near our room that ended up needing to be handled by the Sherriff's deputies. Fairly quite during the night. Bed was comfortable. Linens on the bed had cigarette(?) burns. Carpet has seen better days, so not sure how clean it was. Free Breakfast was very disappointing-only cereal, white or wheat bread for toast, orange juice and so-so coffee. Conveniently located to good places to eat and the freeway. Usually stay at hotels close by but they were all booked. At least we had a good night's sleep.

The first room we were assigned reeked of smoke,even though it was supposed to be non-smoking. The front desk person was very helpful, apologized, and got us another first floor room that was clean and fresh. She was very friendly and seemed to really care.

Very old hotel that has not been kept up. Thankfully only my husband saw the roaches. And did not tell me. The breakfast juices were just water. Front desk staff were nice and the best part of our stay.

Not so fun for kids

Website showed a room and said, excellent for kids, booked it and got there and the smoke smell was so bad, cover sheets and covers had holes burned through them. It was so terrible you couldn’t breathe due to the smell. Housekeeping said they would bring air freshener but they never did. Highly recommend that you skip this hotel but front desk people were friendly.

It should be named NASTY COCKROACH HOTEL! The place needs a severe update and an exterminator. I had to go to Tennessee to attend my father's funeral over the weekend. The room #137 I was in for one night and I killed 5 COCKROACHES! The bathroom wall had a previous hole and instead of repairing it correctly someone patched it and just painted over it. I shook out everything that I took in to the room. I got woke up very early to someone yelling "Hey ,hey,hey I know she has her phone". Apparently they let people sleep in their cars in the parking lot too. I woke up to someone parked beside my vehicle and they we're sleeping in their vehicle. I didn't sleep well at all because of how disgusting it was! I checked out very early and told the man at the front desk about cockroaches and all he said was oh sorry we take care of it. Didn't offer any kind of $$$ back or anything. I WILL NOT EVER STAY THERE AGAIN!!!
