We had reserved a suite with 1-queen bed, accessible. When we arrived we were told the reservation was for a suite with 2 queen bed, NON-accessible. WRONG! We showed the printed reservation and told that Betty had switched it. In the morning we showed Betty our reservation and she claimed that non-accessible was how the reservation had come through. Not likely! We will not be using this location again. Also, the suite had no USB compatible outlets. So, if you're using, bring your own power cube. Also, Breakfast was good.

First, they give me my keys to a room that was already occupied. We walked in on a mom and two kids. Went back downstairs. Management apologized and then set me up with a new room. We get in and the room smells like the home of a chain smoker. I have asthma and could barely breathe. Went back downstairs and they set me up with another room. This room was fine. Next day we go and do our plans and then when we come back our keys didn’t work. Had to go back downstairs again and have management come let us in again. Whole building had a smell of mildew and could use a major renovation. Would not come here again.

Clean but not fancy. Parking was great. It served the purpose, but... The wireless wouldn't stay connected to y tablet in room. The phones were out in the entire hotel which noone mentioned at check-in which meant a trip to the front to ask a question. The free breakfast was worth about what it costs. The staff was adequate but not very friendly or approachable feeling. In the room, the A/C unit made awful noise the entire time. The elevator sounded like it could fail at any moment, scary noises and weird jerking.

Front Desk person was available right away. Hot tub didn't work for 2 of our 3 days. Breakfast was good and the male attendant was courteous and kind even after quests complained, outloud to others, that he couldn't speak English. We let him know that we appreciated him. Microwave needed replaced. The rooms were clean, but could use a touch up. Ample parking.
