The property canceled my reservation when they had my credit card on file. They said they tried to call me a couple times in the evening, but I was at my son's graduation ceremony so I was left with no hotel for myself and my kids.

It was clean. the desk personnel were pleasant. didn't like the $100 cash cleaning deposit but I understand why they have to.
