I was very pleased with the patience the clerk provided. I had left my credit cards and photo ID at home, 250 miles away. Jack was very patient while I figured out how to use Google pay and got access to my ID.

No towels. Service was not friendly or helpful. Key didn’t work at first - had to go back to get it working

As with all hotels, the floor in the room always turns my socks brown but otherwise, a decent hotel. Felt safe and it was quiet. We traveled with two toddlers. All was fine. Room entry was external which was great because it meant we could park right by our room for easy unloading/loading of all the kid gear we have to bring with small kids.

The room nice. The staff was rude and disrespectful and they tried to charge me for early check in when there were open rooms available.

Check in was quick and easy. The room was just as pictured. During my three day stay, the room was never cleaned, beds were not made, trash was not emptied and never got clean towels. The breakfast was good and staff was nice. Disappointed the pool was not open.

The rooms are clean. They could use some softer towels and especially softer wash cloths.
