It was a good location for us, food options made it easier. The only thing I wasn't fond of was the parking but it wasn't the worse.

There is no good reason to ask for a credit card when the stay is already paid for. I declined to present a card but it took some convincing. Also the room was not as described. The reservation included a sofa bed….there wasn’t one.

When hotels or other hospitality establishments ask for a credit card for incidentals, it's a common practice to ensure a smooth and secure experience for both guests and the business. It's important to note that the hotel typically places a hold on the credit card for the anticipated amount of incidentals, but the actual charge is only made if you incur additional expenses. If you don't use any extra services or amenities, the hold is released after check-out. And with third party reservations we don't access to guest's credit card numbers that's why we ask for it.Also, I did look into the issue regarding the lack of sofa bed. I did see that your reservation was booked for an accessible king room which we have two of. Unfortunately, due to availability this was the only accessible king room available Saturday evening. I do apologize for this inconvenience and disappointment. Once again, please accept our sincere apologies. We hope to have the opportunity to serve you better in the future and restore your faith in our establishment.
