The breakfast was nothing fancy but Percy (the employee manning the breakfast) was the best! He was so friendly and helpful, pouring coffee for people even though that’s not really part of his job. He was helpful and friendly with the kids. He brightened my day! The man at check-in was also very friendly!

Rude desk clerk upon checking in. Was way to irritated by questions I asked for clarification of reservation. My $50 security deposit isn’t showing up for return.

It was very comfortable, although it was one overnight, so did not spend a lot of time in the area. The room was very satisfactory, great shower, a good night's sleep, quick breakfast and off we go.

The room was clean and the grounds seemed to be kept the pool on the other hand wasn’t properly maintained not a huge deal breaker I would stay again

Staff was incredibly rude, checking in late and only able to talk through a window for check-in! My first room had bedbugs on the sheets and pillows! When I went back to complain to switch to another room, no one apologized or was empathetic and just seem like they deal with it every day?! Thankfully my second room was better. Check out in the morning was even worse as I asked about breakfast and clerk just pointed to a little piece of paper on my key and wouldn’t even give me eye contact! The old adage still stands true, you get what you pay for!
