Charged me another $50 after I checked out and was 100 miles down the road. No reason, no explanation. I wont use this hotel chain ever again.

The office manager was very professional, courteous and accommodating - I requested a room change as the first room I was given reaked of cigarette smoke. He promptly changed my room without issue.

The carpet is in need of replacement. You could feel how dirty it was just walking to go to the bathroom. Behind the bathroom door has never been washed and it looked like boogers were on the back of the door. I would not stay there again unfortunately because the staff were excellent.

First of all when we got there, we tried to come inside the lobby to check in but the doors were locked….you had to go over to a window and stand outside to check in….ehhh seemed a lil sketchy to me! Then we go to park and there are a group of maybe 15 teenagers that were running through the whole parking lot around everyone’s cars playing around…mind you this was midnight!! And this continued for hours! It was a place to sleep and it was clean for the most part! The bed was absolutely horrible…my back and hips hurt! We woke up the next morning and left immediately! I wouldn’t stay there again!

Can be noisy during the day bc of the pool area but quiet at night. bath tub was cracked but beds are very comfortable

WE HAD TO CONSTANTLY ASK THE MANAGEMENT FOR ESSENTIALS AND THE BREAKFAST WAS TOO LIMITED. PERCY WAS AN EXCELLENT WORKER AND VERY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY AND INFORMATIVE LOU AND MARY LAURO

Check in was quick and informative..rooms are clean, beds are comfy…got in to late for any pool fun…I’ll be staying here again
