The basic room was the smallest I’ve ever seen.
Could live with it but air conditioning did not work and couldn’t fix that night as no windows in room very hot and no sleep. In morning I asked to fix it. Got back in evening and not fixed. They finally changed my room after my whining.

Terrible front desk. How dare they can educate customer and said they can resell the room just because the customer was checked in late.

Based on your comment it sounds like our staff has tried to inform you about our booking terms and that based on these terms, the hotel has a right to cancel bookings that are not guaranteed for a late arrival (after 6 PM) in advance. However, I do not have the full context here since I was not able to find a booking with the name on this review. If you would like to share this experience by detail to us, you can do so by sending us an email. With more information we would have better base to go this through with our staff. We had a room with a city view, Loved the room/stay/quite everything to it but it lacked lightning in the room

Nice hotel in good location.
Only bad thing to mention, hotel is located near some bars, and over the weekend you can hear a lot of drunk people on the streets. Sound from outside the hotel is very loud.

I liked everything that this hotel offers.

This property was central to everything making it all walkable particularly to the train station with baggage.
We had a room without windows which was quite and made sleeping easy.
