Takes a ton of nasty bites out of you.

We stayed for a night or more each week over the past month. It was on the second floor. Bad mistake for the cheaper rooms. Its complete with dust, bed bugs, filthy tubs, broken showers and leaky pipes to name a few. The AC in some rooms were non existent. What is worse is to be covered in red itchy welts from bed bugs. Not sure if they even wash those worn brown blankets. TV is just furniture - does not work or you get snow. Door locks are not always working properly to leave you secure. Then there is that inclusive breakfast. Why even bother with free breakfast when it is miserable and not something some people can stomach. Sometimes it is very salty and others are just tasteless. The menu should include eggs. The reception was kind enough to give us another room but we had to see a doctor for the bed bug bites. The good thing is the location. Very convenient for our purpose. The staff at reception was good at check in and check out. While I did complain about the poor conditions, I doubt they will do anything.

Cons: sound proofing
easy to find but a bit noisy due to traffic and next to petrol station. sound proof is poor can hear noise from corridor and main road..not so comfort.

Booked on Expedia with special requests. Not only there was no other room to choose, the check in process took a very Long time (1 and a half hours) when there is no one else but us. Other than the affordable price for a quick sleep, nothing else is good to recommend.
