Short stay in Kleve

Feeling and looking sad
Posted 20 Nov 2023 on HotelsStay most years as family in the town but sad to watch it deteriorate as it’s in a great position with some nice views
Still have curtains off walls tv not working and reception said they’d sort it but didn’t/couldnt but no communication explanation etc
Bars and food around are plentiful locally
buffet breakfast has shrunk but nice enough choice

The shower was right in front of the bed which gives no privacy at all. The receptionists are really rude and unprofessional and unhelpful.
