We checked in late and my kids, my husband and I were really tired. I know that the frontdesk is just doing her job, but she was so snippy and even arched her brows on us when she confirmed that we were just staying overnight. Klamath Falls has been our pitstop when we do roadtrips from WA to CA. I will never use this hotel anymore, I’d rather stay in Holiday Inn across the road.

The room and hotel was clean. Air-conditioning worked well. Great Breakfast. Friendly staff. I recommend this place.

The property is near restaurants and shopping. It is on a busy corner. The one thing noted is walking up the stairs it is obvious the cleaning staff do not clean the carpeted stairs often as there was a lot of noted debri on them. The receptionist was pleasant and efficient. Though there was a refrigerator in the room it was not turned on and no switch could be seen in or dial could be found to turn the refrigerator on. It appeared to be plugged in.

Older facilities - front sliding doors bounce around and elevator noisy.

The hotel was nice, we really enjoyed our stay there. the breakfast was awesome, my kids liked the hot chocolate and cookies at night. The only problem was the spider webs all over the ceiling.

Rooms were clean and nice. Elevator and entry doors were sketch. But over all was a good stay and breakfast was good
