The hotel is good. The carpet in the room was not clean there was a lot of hair everywhere.

Friendly staff and helpful. Modern and spacious room design, nice breakfast buffet. Lots of restaurants and shopping within walking distance.

Very unfriendly personnel. limited options for dining.
no toiletries, an extra fee for parking 15 Euros, and an extra fee for breakfast. 15 Euros.
The front desk person, Nadine was very rude, not helpful, and confrontational. Don't recognize Expedia as their partner, and don't offer any benefits to the members. Would not recommend this hotel.

We regret that our service didn't meet your notions. As we do not take part at any membership cooperation with Expedia we are not able to offer any upgrades or free breakfast for those members. All our bath rooms are equipped with a sign with the information of free amenities available at the reception. We regret that you oversee it. Our hotel offers only breakfast, therefore we are not able to serve dinner except our snack bar, but we love to recommend excellent restaurants nearby.

Wonderful hotel in excellent condition. Walking distance to downtown Klagenfurt wonderful staff. Nice lobby bar. Café.
