Service: unfriendly stuff, no information of hotel when checking inside
Room condition: broken lamp, missing tv channels and cold rooms.

Friendly staff members who were willing to help us anyway they could. Breakfast included loads of meat; perhaps more selection for vegetarians/pescatarians/vegans in the future. We were surprised that parking wasn't included in the price. All in all, a nice hotel experience.

Thank you, glad to hear that you liked our hospitality and stay at the Hotel. That is true that we have to develop and produces more vegan alternatives our breakfast.
The garage is public owned by other company that's why it is chargeable.

Good hotel in the heart of Levi ski resort. I had a spacious room with a nice view and a minifridge. If you really want to give yourself a treat book yourself a room with a sauna.

Good customer service

Awesome staff, thanks for great customer service. Rooms are nice and surroundings have a calming effect. Superior room with sauna is worth it, if you arrive late at night.
Limited vegan breakfast options.
Grocery stores around the hotel close at 9PM.
