We brought our dog and they were very accommodating. There is a trail right next to the hotel and pet garbage containers all around the parking lot. The only thing we didn’t like was that we were not informed when we booked on Expedia that there would be a $75 extra
Charge for our dog. It was not listed anywhere. All in all it is a nice clean hotel and we enjoyed our stay

Suite was lovely, very clean and well appointed.
Bathroom very modern and pleasant design.
Would love to stay there again.

We opted for the Homewood suite on our visit to St. Jacob’s and it was the best choice. The rooms were clean, comfortable and equipped with all we needed. The hotel was well situated for access to the Drayton theatre, the Farmer’s Market, Outlet stores and grocery stores. The staff were friendly and helpful. We highly recommend Homewood Suites.

The walking path located at the back of the hotel was an nice 'extra'....like walking through the woods with a pond & ducks, and lots of birds chirping in the trees! So relaxing...
The staff was amazing...friendly and accommodating! (The only thing that we might complain about was the 'thin' bathroom tissue! LOL) We hope to visit again in the future!

Loved this hotel and definitely will be back. All staff was friendly and happy. Breakfast was very basic but perfect. Large large lots and super convenient area to stay in. So clean and quiet.

I always love staying at Homewood Suites because of the extra space and I wasn't disappointed at this hotel. The studio King suite was lovely. Quite tired though. Bed was sagging on one side and the wallpaper in the bathroom was taped up. The worst thing was the door to the room. It was paper thin. I was woken up both mornings just after 5:30 a.m. by people talking in the hall and the slamming of doors. I guess if I had stayed in a one-bedroom suite I would have had an extra door to block the sound but I have stayed in many hotels and never experienced anything like this. Breakfast was pretty standard and there was lots of parking. The hotel was very convenient to the St. Jacob's market, Jack's restaurant, the Playhouse Theater, the antique stores and the outlet mall.

The room was spacious. I liked the kitchenette w a full fridge. Overall greT experience. Would come back for sure
