Overall the stay was amazing but the house keeping staff who came on second day was very rude and kept asking us to not use the utilities much.

Hi Sanjana,Great to hear that you are happy with the stay.We believe that "utilities" as mentioned is our laundry room facilities. Please kindly note that our laundry room is also our work area and we have very a tight schedule during check out and check in time frame. We apologize if one of our housekeepers had been rude in her manner and we will remind all of them in this respect.
