Seemed very clean. A small problem of the TV not working was addressed.

Did not like the fact that staff were not the friendliness and hard to find staff when needed

We had some ants in our shower, and despite my attempts to wash them away, they kept returning. Additionally, when we checked in, we found that the door handle in our room was not working, so we had to switch to another room. Unfortunately, there were no Ubers available in the area, but the hotel staff kindly called us a cab. As a result, we were late for the wedding we were attending. I have video footage of the ants in our room if it is required for reference. Despite these issues, the hotel itself is nice, It was just unfortunate that our stay was marred by these problems, especially since we had travelled so far and were still late due to the door situation. and luckily we did not bring our baby because then that would have been even worse with the ant infestation.

They actually charges 20$ per person to use the 2 bed room. Weird. Staff was good and decent

When you booked the reservation through expedia there is the option to select number of adults, and you have chosen 2 adults. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Our pricing structure aims to accommodate various guest needs while maintaining the quality of our services. We arrived and checked in at 1:30pm despite the given check in time of 3pm. The receptionist was very nice to have check us in early. 👍

Mother in law was hospitalized

My second stay at The Best Western Plus hotel in Fergus was fantastic. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making check-in and check-out a breeze. The room was lovely and well-maintained. I highly recommend it.
