Relaxing Onsen and great food selection.

I love dinner and the onsen. The staffs are polite and very kind : ) If I come back again I hope to see the red carpet, It ‘s good view.

Fantastic service, with very kind and helpful staff. Facilities are slightly dated but clean and well maintained. Breathtaking view of the lake from the room, wonderful hot springs. Location is quite remote, but everything is available on-site. Highly recommended.

Thank you to Lake Saroma Tsuruga resort once again, thanks so much. Stay into the marketplace against the staff compliment, very appreciate and sincerely would like to thank you very much. I hope a visit travellers enjoy the facility and is the also fosters future clean environment to relax efforts. Hotel room is facing the Lake and Saroma Lake below as well... freezing completely still, surrounded by mountains of white snow and the area around and enjoy the nature in this area. Bathing facilities is also hot-spring baths, so divided Western-style and Japanese-style, on the second floor is on the first floor, depending on the date you enter at the start of the men and women are different, but the start point of the next morning Exchange and And enjoy hot spring bath both with during your stay. Also the have a chance please please please revisit are looking forward. Thank you for your post.

Thank you to Lake Saroma Tsuruga resort once again, thank you for. Visit the marketplace staff, delicious dinner and is delighted at our did you satisfied with your breakfast, hot spring baths. Is now facing severe winter, Lake Saroma continue freezing we moved gradually, finally in the sea of Okhotsk Sea ice southward also outgoing and began. I think particularly at Spa while enjoying the views over winter, Hokkaido in winter is covered with silvery landscape. Also if you have a chance please please revisit are looking forward. Thank you for your post.

Posted 12 Jun 2017The location a bit far. The hotel staff are polite and provide good service. The tatami room very nice for 4 of us to stay. Nice lake view . Breakfast and dinner provided nice but choose limited.

Posted 4 Jun 2017 on HotelsExcellent personalized check in service, with great food for the half board, especially the huge and fresh sashimi platter that came with the dinner, was a great surprise. The room we had has an awesome view and the concierge staff was very helpful with luggages and all. Awesome service!

We opted for a tatami room for two nights and were given a lake view room which had 2 big glass windows offer nice scenery. The room was spacious for 4 adults and one baby. They serve nice dinner and breakfast. Onsen is well maintained and clean, especially the outdoor one. There's no shopping or amenities at its surrounding area. If you purely look for a relaxing stay, hotel Saroma is one of the options.
