Room is very small. Parking entrance is confusing.

This is Japan. Hotel standards are very high. No exception here. Good location. Surrounding area was surprisingly interesting if you have a rental car.

A good hotel as a base for sightseeing in the area
Posted 9 Jun 2018 on HotelsDinner and breakfast were excellent with good choices and low costs. Kitami is fairly wide spread and there were few alternative eating places nearby. The railway station is just across the road, a post office about 5 minutes away and there was a small convenience store (Lawsons?) close by. Staff were excellent and helpful but with limited English. The laundry was also very good. The only reason we marked comfort down was the beds were hard though, by the 3rd night, we were used to them and slept well. Having a car is important for exploration of course and there are hire car places in the area.

禁煙室がもっとあれば良いと思う

禁煙ルームへの変更をすぐ対応してくださり助かりました。お部屋の設備も整っており過ごしやすかったです。朝食のビュッフェも充実していました。
