This is an expertly run hotel with an amazingly friendly, helpful and attentive staff who speak excellent English. A nice, safe resort that westerners will feel at home visiting.

Music was blasting restaurant ( banquet going on ) we were in room 205 .. the party didn't stop until 2am Then next morning the music started back at 7am

Front desk staff were excellent, check in and out were seamless. Waitstaff in the dining room are inattentive and preoccupied

Hotel staff are horrible with managers being the redeeming entities. Without the managers, the staff(specifically front desk staff) run rogue, quoting different prices for the same room and coming up with stay rules on the fly. Disappointing to say the least. Horrible customer service , mediocre food and terrible rooms. The air conditioning did not work and the hot water was spotty. The rooms have no outdoor facing windows. Windows face indoor corridor. Horrible. I would not recommend this hotel.

Great staff and facilities - location a bit far from Kisumu but peaceful.
