"I have stayed here twice now and both times I was surprised at how well it was maintained. The rooms were always clean including the bathroom ( first place I go in any hotel) the staff was incredible when I checked in after 11pm the gentleman was so kind and patient and I dealt with another gentleman the following day as I forgot my hotel key in the room he quickly was able to make me a new one after a very long conference day for my job.! I didn’t use any of the services like breakfast or the laundry but I will definitely stay again any time I am in Orlando 😁."
