"Most of the staff were wonderful, but there were a few that seemed annoyed when you go to the front desk. The rooms were clean, very spacious and comfortable. The hot water wasn't very hot. 2 complaints : First was there area around the little pond where the ducks live had all kinds of trash. Second the staff did nothing about the complaints of parents letting their children run up and down the halls until 2am."

"We only stayed for 1 night. Reserved a king and was given 2 queens with a breakfast voucher. We really needed the King! Didn't even use the voucher. Parking is like $25. Who wants to pay for parking after you have paid a resort fee and the high prices of hotels these days. Plenty of parking. Just another way of getting more money."
