Family with kids just to let you know that the WATER PARK IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE pictures that are posted are deceiving they promote this huge water park in the pictures you need to read the fine print. We also contacted Expedia about this issue and expressed our frustration,we always use Expedia to book our travels and this time I was not happy. Room cleaning is also not included. Only included when you stay 2 weeks or more any basic hotel provides room service.We had wet towels in a clear bag in the washroom for our whole stay. We had to request clean towels twice and they leave it at your door in a clear bag. Hotel is very outdated, water pressure in the shower is TERRIBLE, Ac is set at one temperature thank goodness it wasn't that hot in Orlando the week we stayed. We were also woken up by other guests around 2am you can here everything every night and early morningseqning around 6:00 am if your trying to get rest while on vacation this is not the hotel for you. I recommend that they put up signs to be respectful of other guests while they sleep. Guests with there car doors open playing loud music.This is a timeshare resort if I would have known I wouldn't book this resort type hotel. I recommend that you stay with well known hotels brands. We have been to many hotels this is the worst one yet. I do not recommend this resort and will never stay at it again,very disappointed. "

"We booked a two bedroom with golf course view and was also expecting cook to order breakfast as advertised on Expedia. They DO NOT offer cook to order breakfast and we didn't realize we didn't have a golf course view into several days of our stay, but it was too late to change rooms. At check out, I mentioned I was upset about paying for a golf view and not receiving it, but they indicated it was a "special" request item and based upon availability. I sent them a print out of my reservation that clearly stated golf course view, but that was not good enough. The cook to order breakfast was evidently Expedia's fault. So, I asked for late check out as an olive branch, since we had an ill person in our party and was expecting a change in flight plans the next day....even an hour would have helped. Yet again, they couldn't accomodate us. Should change the name to Mystic Dud."
