We loved staying here! Room was comfortable, and it was close to restaurants in the little downtown area. The owners cooked a lovely breakfast both days, and were very accommodating with snacks etc. Would highly recommmend. Way better than an impersonal hotel!

Great B&B

The hosts were friendly and welcoming with arrival wine and snacks. The made to order breakfast was excellent. The room was quite comfortable with plenty of space for two. The B&B is within walking distance of downtown Kissimmee and restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Perfect stay

Stayed one night, I needed to be close to the hospital and wanted to be comfortable. This was perfect. As close to home as I could have gotten. Well, I didn’t eat breakfast because I had to get back to the hospital the next morning, it smelled amazing! I stayed in the veranda room, had its own private bathroom. Beautifully decorated and bed was comfy. Owners were very nice and attentive.

The hosts were the friendliest. The bedroom was very clean and comfortable. Not only was the breakfast great, they provided several snacks and drinks (even beer and wine). Within walking distance to historic downtown Kissimmee. I would definitely stay there again in a Heartbeat!

An excellent choice!

It’s a wonderful place where I immediately felt comfortable and at home. The hosts of the B&B were generous in planning their space with a living and dining area for guests with complimentary snacks, hot and cold beverages, wine and beer. Anything I needed like scotch tape or a phone charger was available. My room was large, clean and nicely decorated. My hosts were responsive to any questions I had and anything I needed. I will be back in the Orlando area again next year and will definitely stay here. Easy walking distance from the historic downtown area of Kissimmee full of restaurants. I highly recommend it.

This was our first time staying at an B&B and unfortunately we will not be doing it again. The self check in process is easy and convenient. The location of the bb was decent. They had one thermostat upstairs set to 75 with a sign saying we couldn’t lower it below 74. It was very stuffy upon arrival to the point of discomfort so we did lower it and after a few hours it cooled down. The bed was very uncomfortable. It was an air mattress that you could adjust, but it didn’t hold the adjustment. The room attached to ours was supposed to be and extra sleeping space/work space. But the bed in it was unmade and looked used. It was disturbing. I’m also very allergic to cats and I immediately could tell there was a cat in the house and that should have been disclosed (we did end up seeing the cute cat in the window inside the house). We were told breakfast was served at 8 (on the sign in sheet) but when my husband went down stairs to eat he was told they eat at different times depending on the day and it was going to be at 8:30 (it wasn’t even served until 9ish) All in all a disappointing experience and would not recommend. Also disturbing that after leaving a review they left threatening messages asking us to remove our very honest and accurate review.

It was perfect for us. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. They just opened a brewery downtown that we were able to walk to, and we had a great time there as well. Overall a great B&B.

Nice stay overall

The owners are extremely nice and very helpful. The bed in our room (Dancing Horses) was less than average due to the air pump not keeping the mattress comfortable. The breakfast was very good.

Fun B&B for an older couple traveling to the Kissimmee area. Good value for the price. The owners are fun and interesting and we enjoyed talking to them over breakfast. The facilities were dated but clean and in good working order. The window coverings did not fully cover the Windows which may be an issue if you are doing clothing-optional activities in the room. The Down pillows were also very flat. Overall we liked it and would stay there again.

We loved the attention to details. Excellent breakfast (organic eggs and avocado picked from the backyard). Love the art, the many butterflies in the garden, quiet place and the nice conversation in the morning with the owners, between others.
