Ok for singles but very bad for families. Front desk was helpful.

The place is not up to any kind of standards . No hangers, no luggage racks, no garbage pail, no cups. It's in very bad shape. Outside our door on the grass is cig butts cotton swaps. There's maintenance men but never did anything. The staff all live there. The staff was nice to us. But nobody does anything. The breakfast is a joke. Cereal, there was a couple of pieces of bread there. The pool was very nice the first 5 days. We were there for 7 Then it was dark green. They didn't know when anyone was going to clean it. It sat green for 2 days. Outside was a column which had holes in it, it rained and it was pouring out of the columns on the sidewalk. I have some interesting pictures. The pool bathroom was discusting. lite broken on floor pee all over, The refrigerator was not working because the freezer was so iced up. We took it outside to unthaw it. so it would work. We told the gentleman on duty and he's been there for 4 years and didn't even know there was a bathroom in the pool area. The signs in room are still saying Knights Inn. How are they passing any kind of inspections.

Front desk staff was very nice when we checked in and checked out. It seemed quite the one night we stayed. The rooms looked nice and clean but that as far as that went. The hotel was not easy to get to and The beds were small, not enough room for 5 small people (3 are small kids) The beds have a metal base to them that made a loud noise every time we got on or off. The floor had an incline with a gap that we tripped on. The bathroom door didn't have a lock and had huge gaps on the top and bottom, so everyone could hear everything happening in there. And at night if you didn't sleep with the lights on the huge palmetto bugs came out, crawling all over. There's a reason why the place is "very affordable" and why we only stayed one night out of the four nights we had booked there.

This place is horrible! Stay away! You literally getting what you pay for! We had a lizard on the bed in our room, then the tv moved us to a different one that was smell horrible, the third room we moved in had a cockroach. We booked a different hotel, and the owner didn’t wanna give me any refund! Also, people smoking all over the place, in the non smoking area as well. Stay away, and avoid the hustle if u want a nice vacation.

The manager is the best, she was super pleasant and had the information available I needed on the phone and in person. My loss is her name but took care of everything I needed on 4/13/24 and 4/14/24 till 11:00 both days
