Room sofa bed smelled like dog. Key card didnt work. Air conditionetr didnt cool the room. No air or exhaust fan in very tiny bathroom. Breakfast was excellent.

It’s not bad overall especially for the price. However our room was barely clean when we got there. The curtains were all torn, the shower was dirty, there was hair all in our towels.

Under the toilet flooded in bathroom and room manager was very rude and he didn’t want to hear what I said about the flood mad because we had to put sheets and a blanket down so our things won’t get wet. He supposed to refund my money from both rooms because he didn’t have any more room to put us so we had to leave 12:00 midnight with the babies who was already sleeping.

Our first impression was a bit negative as the room didn’t have a chair or waste basket. Upon talking to the front desk a team from maintenance showed up and fixed all issues to our satisfaction. The customer service was outstanding in this case.
